Homeowner Committees
 
 
 

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
 
This committee reviews and approves or denies plans, drawings, and specifications for all new home construction, modifications, landscape and hardscape projects.  The Committee reviews the submissions for compliance with the Monticello Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Reservations, Restrictions and Easements, and their Supplements.  The Committee meets monthly, or less or more frequently based on the number and scope of submissions.  
 
Finance and Long Range Planning
 
This Committee assists the Board of Trustees in reviewing aspects of the operating budget for the Association, as well as assessing the adequacy of the reserves for long-range planning.  The reserves are reviewed to ensure adequate funds are in place to maintain property owned by the Association, including The Barn, pool, fitness facility, street lamps, mailboxes, entrances, etc.  
 
Property Management & Maintenance
 
This committee focuses on the landscape, storm basins and ponds, drainage facilities, and upkeep of all the association owned property excluding The Barn, Pool and Fitness Facility. The committee oversees the bidding processes and makes recommendations to the Board regarding the selection of service providers.  
 
Pool, Barn & Fitness Center Committee
 
This committee focuses on the all issues related to the operations of the Recreational facilities, as well as their maintenance and preservation.  The committee evaluates the use of the facilities, and makes recommendations to the Board regarding budgetary and policy matters.  
 
Social Committee
 
This committee focuses on the Association sponsored events which have historically included the Easter Egg hunt, the Luau, the Holiday Parties, the Fall Festival, etc.  This committee identifies for opportunities to increase a sense of community through shared activities and makes recommendations to the Board.
